Happy Belated Birthday Canada!!!

I went to Ottawa for Canada Day yesterday! The concert alone was amazing! Mistress Barbara did a set, then Simple Plan played a few songs! I was never really a fan but I must say, they are great performers!!! Jully Black, Feist, Roch Voisine were among the performers. It was a great day and beautiful fireworks lit up the night sky over Parliament Hill!

I must say I was a little annoyed at all the non Canadian flags being flown yesterday.
I understand the soccer hoopla that was going on, but on July 1st you fly the maple leaf.

This song seems close to home. I miss the old, old CFNY before it became the Edge. Salesmen, endless compromises turned it into an unoriginal s***bag of a corporate radio station. For me, these were glorious times for radio.

Yes, but we have crappy deli's here. The best one in Toronto is actually called "The Montreal Deli"...We have Druxy's too, but they are pretty lame.
