I can't tell if this is a fake video, or if this really happened. There are links to the video all over the internet, but no real news story about it.

The hubris and lack of remorse or insight is quite interesting.

They have no comprehension of the effects of their actions on anyone else but themselves.

They remind me of the Julie Lawry character in Stephen King's The Stand.
