I still tie a 2x4 onto my azz every time I get lucky with the Old Nag. It's reliced real nicely over the years. Been thinking about giving it the Vintage Sunburst treatment to bring some new life into it.

The 2x4 was uncomfortable at first but after several years of depending on it to keep me topside I've grown accustomed to it. Kind of like Linus and his blanket.
I'm afraid if I failed to tie it on and fell in, no one would here my cry for help. Grand Canyon dementions are what I'm talking about.
It is my fought though. Not many walk away from old Crip the same as when they walked up on him.
