Re: Les Paul Jam and Tone Conference #9
By the way, that FLICKOFLASH man hooked up a couple of people with some titanium guitar parts and I was one of them. Thanks man. I also would like to 'give a shout out' as the kids say to George. We talked for a little while and he sure knows about guitars, especially the Les Paul models. A real nice dude with a New Yawk accent thicker than the crust on a Brooklyn pizza pie.

Re: Les Paul Jam and Tone Conference #9
Hi Guys. I'm kinda late to the party (on this thread, at least)...just discovered it.
It sure was great seeing all of you guys there, both my "old" friends, and new ones. Can't wait for the Summer Jam, and hope I can make it to Jimmy's again in October. Jimmy and Dru were amazing hosts, weren't they? And thanks for the nice comments on Sue. Since real '59 bursts are way out of my league, I guess I'm real fortunate to have such a special historic, at least. Nick, great to have finally met you. Your Duane look-alike was beautiful! And thanks again for the fingerboard material. I'll definitely put it to good use. Todd, hope to see you at Gibson this summer! Frank |
