Reminder for those attending the UK Bridport event - May 25 &26

Could all those who will be attending the UK Bridport event in May who will be playing, please ensure they do the following by PM:

1. Send Phil47uk Youtube clips of the numbers you wish to play, so that he can forward them on to the rhythm section in good time for them to learn the songs;

2. Send John Vasco details of the numbers you wish to play, and who will be getting up alongside you to play them with you. Also, please state your preference of where you would wish to be in the running order on either/both nights.

The above two points are necessary in order to ensure that both evenings run as smoothly as possible for all attendees.

One cannot expect the rhythm section of drums and bass to known EVERY song that the players wish to play on the nights. I thought this would be self-evident, but obviously not to some...

No they were americans whos ancesters were taken from africa about 200 years or so before and brought here by the brits. Wait what maybe the Brits through no fault of their own created R&R.

My three chords are instantly recognised by the more than capable rhythm section!

However, I shall forward to Vazzer my limited set list!

Happy Grumpz might not have much hair left, but he does like metal. Maybe you could do a number together?

I see no humour in your earlier post at all.

Like so:

And as for Americans inventing rock & roll, I think I can say with a great degree of certainty people were shagging each other WAY before the young USA country was formed...
