Re: Members in Riverside county California
Well, it's not if I say so. My comment is based on media reports so it's probably full of shit.

Re: Members in Riverside county California
Average building cost is $800k Im doing well but I dont see myself making that sort of investment for my own house. Im thinking more in the 300k range that I negotiate a deal for. The median age for NPB is 44 which seems a little more settled community

Ventura, CA. Although you should stay south of Thousand Oaks, really. There's no recovery happening here in Ventura.

Re: Members in Riverside county California
He is talking about the city. I would NEVER recommend the valley as a place to live - or visit..

Re: Members in Riverside county California
San Fernando Valley. Traffic and crime suck. Lots of smog. Hotter than hell in the summer. Other than that, it rocks.

Re: Members in Riverside county California
I'd suggest taking a trip down there just too see if you like before you make a decision to move there and find out it isn't what it all crack up to be.

Irvine, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, Aliso Viejo, might be more to your liking, or, your pocket book's liking. Huntington Beach is a big town, lots of places to rent. Seal & Sunset are very nice, but, a little on the expensive side.I laughed at the first page of responces. City Of Riverside: OK, the I.E. Inland Impire) gets a bad rap. Not that it's a bad place, but, gets a bad rap. I refer to it as valley of the dirt people this goes for Rancho, Fontucky, Chino, Ontario, Corona, San Dimas.Beautiful views of the mountains in those areas. I lived in Chino Hills for 2 years in the late 90's. Each area offer's different things. I live in LB. No, it's not the hood. Yes, there is a hood, but, I live in the Belmont Shores/Naples area, which is not ghetto. Things change out here from block to block. Kinda helps to know where your going. |

Is Temecula actually pretty nice? The only thing I know about it is that the hottest chick I ever shacked up with was from there

Re: Members in Riverside county California
I moved her from St. Louis blind as a bat.
My neck was 3 shades of red, hick accent, dressed like a farmer. I've been here since 96, havent lived in an alley, havent collected unemployment, havent got hooked on crack. Nor have I became a famous movie star, or, musician. Ok wait, I'm trying to be positive. I'll have to get back to you. |
