I'm in. Tell me what you need from me and I can make it happen.

I'd kill to have my own Rist guitar at this point... Unfortunately finances keep kicking me in the junk. A dollar a ticket though? I like those odds!

Also if parts need to be donated, I can send some stuff. Just let me know!

Ok, so far we have me building the guitar, Will (WB) doing the pickups, Dave Johnson doing the finish, and djwilbanks handling the raffle collections.

Now we need someone to donate a case, maybe with an MLP logo silkscreened on it.

A nickel Pig tail wraparound, some pots, knobs, electronics etc.

I have the paypal account setup, but I will refrain from disclosing it until I can find a way to get other methods of payments set up.

Thanks Loki! as I said earlier I want vendors, as in people who make their living off of guitars to supply parts etc.

I do not want to burden people playing them and struggling to pay rent and buying gasoline to make it to the gig.

If you buy 5 tickets ( the maximim) it increases your odds

Need to fiqure out per chance cost because not only collecting the funds also a ticket jar & records need to be kept. No minium on the # of tickets you purchase or how often you enter.

OK, cool. You figure out that aspect with the pirate running the money part of it.

We also need some sort of target date for end which I feel would best be somewhere in 2009 as we will also be handling a pickup raffle for charity for the next several months.

The pictures & seeing it developed will be well worth the admission price

Also,Roman, if you need anyone to host the pics I can do that if needed. I have an unlimited gallery space and can post large files as necessary. Actually my hosting site has three sizes available below each photo, so there is never really any wrong size to view pictures at.

If you don't use paypal, you'll have to work something out with me on a case by case basis, i think. Its really not in my best interest, I think, to set up a bank account, especially for just a few people who might not use paypal.

but we don't want to exclude you non-paypallers!

The one tiny modification I might suggest is not limiting tickets to just $5 worth ... if we want to raise money for MLP, why not make it a bit bigger than that?

I think we are lifting the ticket limit.

The main reason for the ticket limit i think, is so the richer ones of us have a bigger chance of winning.

I think technically I am excluded from a chance of winning since I am directly related to the raffle.

Oh well!!
