Fellow MLPers,

I've always felt very strongly about giving back to our community and helping those who are less fortunate than me. Because of this, today I have pledged to donate every month to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is internationally recognized for its pioneering research and treatment of children with cancer and other catastrophic diseases. Ranked the No. 1 pediatric cancer hospital by Parents magazine and the No. 1 children’s cancer hospital by U.S. News & World Report, St. Jude is the first and only National Cancer Institute-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center devoted solely to children. For more information and to donate visit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital

From now on, when members purchase MLP Subscriptions (Premium/Vendor/Sponsor) or other goods, a generous portion of the proceeds will be donated to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

This is great.

They are an awesome program, and my family has been donating there for a long time. I even have a family member who works there.

They are one of the few great charities I would gladly donate money too.

I try to donate to them whenever possible, I also like to donate to Child's Play, a charity headed up by the guys who do Penny Arcade, which gives children who stay at places like St Jude's video games and other forms of entertainment to make their stays more enjoyable.

I donate $20 a month to these guys via the Combined Federal Campaign. I started doing that 5 years ago after a dear friend of mine had a child that spent months there and they made all the difference in the world.

Awesome charity and one that you can actually see where the money is going.
