Puttin' My Pickups Up Against the Big Dawgs!!!

Nah, not really...

I'm a hobbiest. But my buddy is a hell of a guitarist and I think this came out pretty damn good. He's recording with one of my pickups and this is all I could get (legally). Hope you enjoy it.

These guys are on the egde of making it big in Nashville and I got the order to kill the link due to legalitites (bummer.)

That sucks! I hate that. Legalities are a pain in the rear. You want to promote who's using your stuff but politics and money are always in the way..

Timing isn't on my side though. I'm having surgery next week and I'm busy making preparations right now. Then I'll be laid out for 6-8weeks.

I only have one loose bridge 'bucker I could send and it's kind of different from what most the guys here like. It's a snotty hard rock style 'bucker with lots of bite that wasn't meant to be played clean. A boosted JCM800 style amp would be ideal.

PM me your address and I'll see if I can ship it out tomorrow.

Nice sounding pickup. Good build quality. The lead is a little short because it came out one of Dave's guitars. It should reach most guitar though. Reads at 8.19K Not too hot and cleans up very nice. Nice Harmonics too. This demo was done through my Plexi/Traynor. The guitar used was my Epi Standard. It's for passing around so if anyone is interested, you can email me and I will send it to you.
