Is this Les Paul ... Vintage or Not ???

Hey MLP ....... Haven't done one of these in a while & thought it might be fun !!! Is the Les Paul pictured below a real 58 or 59 Burst or is it a Historic R8 or R9 ??? The POLL will be anonymous !!! So it's all about fun !!!!!!! Ohhh and if you should have some inside info and know the answer , Please don't announce it and spoil it for anyone who'd like to play !!!!!!!!!!

To be honest, I know less than nothing about Historic reissues, and would be curious to know how your can tell this guitar looks like an 07. Perhaps I should start a Historic info thread?
Anyway, the knobs look a little to far forward towards the pickguard, and the pickguard seems to fit too well. Lovely looking guitar though.

The obvious are: The absence of fading, the headstock looks too "new"(les paul sig is bright and in tact), tuner color. and, it looks a lot like many 07's that were put out. Very beatiful guitar none the less. I have an 07 which i study everyday.
