It's funny. For general civil litigation, the general climate in Europe is more conservative than in the US with financial penalties often there for unsuccessful actions, but when it comes to saying something about somebody, you can generally sue in Europe on much easier rules than in the US.

I prefer the don't sue mode rather than everybody getting all thin-skinned.

If anyone disagrees with this, I will sue them, unless I am hurting their feelings, in which case I will sue myself.

People are often turds.......it's the reason I took a computer/electronics course in college......no I'm working in a sample prep lab (I pulverise rocks - not using my diploma but I barely have to deal with people).....I hated working at a call center here in Ontario Canada that took calls for sprint/Nextel.....I couldn't deal with the people...I was literally having panic attacks....I made it 2.5 months then quit......I was prescribed som anti anxiety druge where a common side effect was coma.....I didn't take any.....I quit because no job is worth risking a coma....
