I found this on the web: Guitar - General: IDENTIFY, Jerace Les Paul Special copy guitar

The only thing I can tell you is that it is probably one of two things. Either a "lawsuit" style copy by some obscure comnpany named Jerace or, much more likely a one-of-a-kind, pieced-together guitar from found parts put together by a guy who has a sense of humor and is possbly named Jerace.

If you want some information on what it is, go MyLesPaul, and someone there can possibly tell you what it is.

I received this: I CAN'T FIND ANYTHING LIKE FORIEGN OR DOMESTIC !! IF ANYTHING, THIS MAKES IT RARE !! thanks

I replied with this: Believe me; 'rare' and 'unusual' are not the same. That guitar is most likely a Japanese copy from the '70s.
If you want information on the guitar, go to MyLesPaul.com, as I mentioned before; go to the 'other Les Pauls' forum, and post a thread with clearer photos than you have posted on eBay, and ask if anyone knows anything about it.
Sincerely...you are not going to get $3500 for it. $350 would be a GREAT price!
