Fender Blender Custom pedal

Any of you wonderful people have any experience with this fuzz pedal? Saw a couple of demos on youtube and I must say, it's got me gassing for it.. I'm in a Pumpkins / My Bloody Valentine sorta mood, with the weather getting colder..

Re: Fender Blender Custom pedal

I've heard about it. It's one of the only "holy grail" fuzzes I haven't had. They are supposed to incredible!

I've been using the metal muff to get pumpkins/MBV sounds. Better live pedal than the unprrdictable v.Big Muff.

Yea, same. Every time I have my MM on, I tend to max it, put top boost at 12 o'clock and then pretend I'm in Slayer

Re: Fender Blender Custom pedal

With all respect, Slayer and Pumpkins are two different beasts though.

Re: Fender Blender Custom pedal

It's going to depend on the guitar. I have to tweak settings if I switch between humbuckers and a jazzmaster. I love noisey stuff but also need to be acbel to reign it in.
I don't think you'll disappointed with MM.

Here's what I'm using w/ jazzy:
Volume: 1 oclock
Top boost (ON):11 oclock
Treble:11 Oclock
Mid: 1 Oclock
Bass:2:30
distortion:2:30.
I run two amps. A roland Jc (120 or 50 depending on venue) and fender tube (hotrod deluxe and 64 showman/4x10 cab)
