I used to get that. Dave at Killer Vintage here in St Louis is a contributing editor.

Killer Vintage again! I've been wanting that Ozzy Oswald shirt for like 10 years... Keep forgetting to order it whenever I have the cash.

Good magazine - I borrowed one from the local Gibson shop last month. I may subscribe as well.

Re: Vintage Guitar Magazine ...

Cool mag.... they are co-sponsoring the Arlington, TX Guitar Show next weekend at the convention center here. It's about 6 miles from my house. They state it's the largest guitar show in the world. Vintage sale Friday afternoon and open all weekend. I need to subscribe to it and the price guide too.

Here's a link to our local show:

http://www.texasguitarshows.com/Arlington08.htm

http://www.texasguitarshows.com/Show....htm#Arlington

I hope I don't find what I want... it's gonna be hell to pay if I drag another guitar home unless I trade something in. I'll be checking out those special Lesters and if I find THAT ONE, a Historic 59 maybe w/ wide subtle flames, the right amount of mineral flecking and cross grain and something near a brockburst, well I'm in deep doodoo.

Does anybody need me to pick something up for them? Look at this original BlackBeauty 1958 Les Paul Custom w/3 PAFs and original hang tags and case that will be auctioned here this Friday, opening bid a surprisingly low $65k : http://www.100percentvintageauctions...pl_guitar.html or this:

Re: Vintage Guitar Magazine ...

Bobbo, it's a great mag. The last one I got ( Oct. 08) had an article about Oliver Leiber and his 4 Bursts...3 59's and a 60 with a Bigsby.
He also has 9 Jr's, and Specials...GEEEEZE Louise
I need to get that one with Duane's Goldtop.

Bob,
It was at a show a few years ago and I posed holding my 57 and Duane's.
It was unfortunate that duanes guitar had been redone.
There was absolutely no mojo at all to it.
