I will also be posting the contact information for St Judes after the contest is over so that anyone who would like to confirm that the money has truly been donated can do so !!! The final completely false accusation is that I violated some rule by asking contributors to make up for the 5% fee Paypal takes out for it's share of the payment you recieve !! As far as I know this violates no law or rule and was a way to facilitate more donations for St Judes !! This cause is very dear to my heart and I am quite sad that people who have a personal beef against me would go to the extent of attacking this charity !!!!
I was never asked to give up my position as the coordinator of this event !! This was done of my own free will due to personal attacks from those ExMLP'ers whom I shall not name !!
Please put all this crazy contraversy behind us and keep those donations for St Judes coming ..... Still plenty of time to help save a life !!!

Although I am not an Attorney....I did stay at a Holiday Inn last night.

You have done NOTHING wrong with the financial transactions.....I have an inside source, who admits this is not her specialty, but believes that since you are not a representative of St. Judes and was acting on behalf of MLP Forums....having the contributor pay for PayPal is NOT illegal to her knowledge. It , in her opinion, would be no different than adding PayPal fees for a "Fourm" t-shirt.

Now, she also believes that the statements on his MySpace page could be construde as Slanderous and a Defemation of your character.
She suggests a NICE letter to MySpace and the creator of said document to cease and dissist immediately.
Also, if you don't have an Attorney friend, a small fee for consultation and a letter might be in order.

It's sad that these situations occur. The internet is our greatest acess to knowledge......just to be ruined by the people whom could benefit from it the most.
