Most winders like WCR, BKP, WB etc have clear explanations on each of there winds and technical specs like approx output etc, what sort of tunes they are suitable for etc. Their websites are detailed with plenty of pics etc.

I leave them feeling I have a good idea of what they are offering in their products.

Also, you have your Skatterbrane standard nickel cover priced at $295. Are you able to get raw nickel covers on your standard set? It doesn't say anywhere.

IMO these are reasonably expensive considering the current world financial situation. However I think WCR and BKP are expensive too.

Maybe offering MLP members a discount would be a good thing, IDK. Would be good for us members anyways
Every attempt to offer discounts and my specials have all gone unfulfilled. I have a special now, and I had another up until July 4th. No, you cannot get raw covers on my standard set! You have to buy my raw set. I do not offer a mix and match or a smorgasbord. I have defined sets and they are explained on my "contact and payment" page. I make it clear that I have only one wind. The tonal differences are from the covers, magnets, and pole screws. But I make only one wind. If I were to offer hotter pickups I would be getting into poly covered 43 or 44 awg wire. That is not PAF. I ONLY do PAF style pickups. (and now P90s as well)

I admit my website is a bit much. But once you get to the contact and payment page, all my options and different sets are right there, many having pull down menus for magnet options. The bobbin options are separated out. I find it logical. I know other guys have a pickup and then add bobbin options or cover options for each type of set. I, on the other hand, separate the bobbin options and put magnet options under each. I have separte listings for nickel, raw and the Mar-T I-V and the R-K I-Q set, and each of those have either magnet options or cosmetic options.

But if you have any questions just email me. No need to ask about the readings because ALL the necks are around 7.5K and ALL the bridges are around 8.3K. ALL of the clips are with pickups with these readings and the differences are magnets or covers.
