Very true, but we will all still have the original Traditional TRC's and so if that were ever the case it would only be a quick swap to change it back again.

At the moment though, I really don't feel that the "Traditional" TRC adds anything to the guitar and would possibly even lead people into thinking that there is something different or special about the guitar, when in all truth, it is just about as standard a Les Paul as you can get (just what I wanted). In my opinion, it is the new "Standard" that should have had a different name on its TRC (maybe "Experimental" as I have heard it reffered to on many occasions) as this is the modle which seems to have moved away from the original Les Paul guitar recipe.

That's just my inexperienced opinion anyway,
