got my fernandes super grade les paul, couldnt wait to open it and when i did, ouch! the guy hadnt even sent it in a box just parcel paper!! emailed him , and he reckons that i purposely broke the guitar! nothing to do with the fact he didnt pack it properly, what a tool!
