In all seriousness, I believe Moore purchased it from a dealer in the UK. That dealer purchased it from (none other than) Tom Whittrock of LPF fame. Whittrock is the one who surfaced it in the states. This according to what I read in the LPF, before that thread went away (or backstage?). If I have my facts wrong, please correct me.
