As you know we all get attached to our instruments.
Gary bought this guitar 20 years ago in good faith, and has no doubt has a lot of emotional investment in it. Where as Ronnie owned it for 18 months 35 years ago.
First off who sold it to Gary, can they trace back and hopefully find the original thief?
Second. Gary should definately keep it after all these years, but flick some $$$$ to Ronnie.
Does Ronnie even still own his replacement burst?
Yeah it's a shitty thing being robbed, but 35 years later, Ronnie should get over it to a degree!
