Re: Marshall Haze 40

I got the Mini-Stack a couple weeks ago. I'm loving it.

Been putting it through it's paces both mic'ing the cab (attenuated) and through a Palmer PDI-03.

Can't say much bad about it - I would wish for dedicated tone controls per channel and I would've gladly swapped the built-in FX for an FX loop but I *am* using the built-in Delay. The clean channel is maybe too dark to be a go-to clean but useable.

Here's my pedal board (fwiw):

One more shot of the head with my spec-freaking-tacular Axcess (running the head dry into the Palmer).

Sounds really really good and way more practical than a 100w halfstack by any measure I'd use. I'm not going to be a rockstar but I'm almost giddy firing up an all-tube Marshall "stack" jamming with my friends, recording etc. Puts a big smile on my face and that's what it's all about.
