Aging fretboard inlays

If you came here hoping to see how to do it, this is exactly what I'm asking.

Guys, again I need your help. I want to age my epi les paul fretboard inlays(and bindings if possible), so, how can I do that properly? I heard about aging it with dye, but I want to hear from you, what you'd suggest me to do?

Thank you for your attention!
