To answer your question on the trem.. That is what happens when you have springs supporting the tension of the strings.
It is very normal for the bridge to move when bending cause you are increasing the tension on that string so the springs will stretch more. You will also notice that bending may be a tad easier on the strat cause of the springs but you will have to bend further to reach a full note as opposed to a guitar with no trem. (also somewhat due to the longer scale length.. but mostly to the springs)
