The inbetween mid plus positions are my fave strat tones, even with a humbucker you can still get the neck mid combo wich is what I use the most.
Love the finish on your strat, are you going to get a guard cut for your mods or leave it as is? Personaly I'd want a new guard cut, just looks ufinished, or at the very least throw an unwired dummy pup in there.
