Well lets see they don't make em any more! the are great guitars. You can get it for 60% of the going price. You don't have to pay tax on it. Its in the hand right now.
IDK must be something wrong with it , if you haven't already purchased it.
Really though if it plays well and no issues IMO you would be able to recoupe your money if you resold it.
