Its a classic vibe, not just the run of the mill Squiers. I doubt shipping would be more than 100-200 bucks. These are really nice guitars, and I would much rather buy one of these than a mexi anyday of the week. Its something about these guitars that's hard to describe, but when you pick one up they feel and sound like an expensive guitar. Plus I think it would be neat to own one for collector value. Believe it or not rare Squiers are fetching pretty decent bucks these days. If you don't believe me go type in Squier JV or look at prices of some of the American Squiers
On another note, I talked to my local dealer and he talked to the head of Squier Marketing and it looks like they aren't letting these leak out of Malaysia.
. He said he's gonna see if he can pull some strings and get one sent in, so I'm waiting to hear back.
