Gee sorry to hear that did you get the U.S. RI block. I had thought it mentioned but the Stock block and arm made by Ping has a different thread size than most every other on the market. And ya need a new arm with the correct thread size. Also for what ever aftermarket block watch the tread size. But now that some one has buggered it i guess its too late. Ya say the tech at the store buggered it, maybe they can send you another block and the arm that is suspossed to go with it. In case ya may some day want to use the trem. IDK
