Im looking for:

--Only Clean (Boss OD-20 has any distortion needs covered) MAIN FACTOR
--Tube if possible
--Clean at high volumes (if any ways to stop the break up tell me)
--Built in effects, but not nessasary
-- Around $300 or or take some.
