Strung, lined up, intonated and all that. Just have to put the guard on. The switch ring is from a 60's Les Paul.


The proud papa. All done. Played it through the Marshall in the corner of the picture for the first time.


Since these pictures were taken last summer I've played it quite a bit. Changed the rings to All Parts aged rings and added Buzzy's Replica Guard in place of the Historic Guard in the pictures. It's had one line up when the weather changed in November but other than that it's been a very stable guitar, and stays in tune. It weighs just under nine pounds. I usually play through a Fender Blues Junior and a Fender Blues DeVille linked with a Morley A/B box. The Blues Junior has the gain up, the Blues DeVille is clean. The only effect I use is a cord; the amps do the rest.
