Not a very noticeable difference at all IMO, maybe a tad smoother taper when you roll Tone off. You might try tinkering with it and see if you can hear any difference?

I have found that LP wiring/Tone will vary because of many factors, pickups, pots and Tone caps used in different combination's will produce different results.

Also the natural acoustic Tone of your LP needs to be considered, is it brighter or darker when you strum it unplugged etc? Best to try and see what sounds good to your ear, through your guitar and amp set-up. Good luck and have fun
