Wet sanded. I started with 1000, then 1500, and finished with 2000 grit. I got the paper at AutoZone. They had five pieces of each in package for under ten bucks. More than enough paper when used with the Formby's Olde English.


Buffed and drilled for the bridge. The tailpiece studs were mounted before any color or stain went on.


From the other side. The tenon and control cable routs are clearly visible.
