What controls do they give you for that compressor? Is it just a level and ratio type thing, or does it have knobs for attack, release ect...
If its just a ratio thing, crank the level control and set the ratio or compression knob to around 1:00 - 2:00 for max sustain without too much compression so your picked notes don't go PANG!
