Not sure if this was mentioned here or not but I invited Bill to the SLAB, St.Louis amp and beer fest about a month ago. We had guys come all the way up from as far away as Chicago and everyone brought some killer gear. Bogner XTC, Splawn Quickrod, Guytron GT100, Egnater tourmaster, Budda SD45, Mesa Roadster. Nice guitars as well, Suhrs, Melancon, R8, PRS McCarty. Having Bill Landry there was a complete treat as his chops are insane! He brought two heads and two cabs. After twelve hours of everyone playing through everything, the consensus was that the Landry stood above the rest. It really filled the room with gorgous tone. This amp is the real deal and is very versatile. The clean channel is really good but can be set up for crunch that gets extremely close to the gain channel. The reverb is beautiful, warm and lush. Gain side from classic rock to Big Hair city! Best brown sound I've heard. Now you've heard it too!
