My strings usually do not stay in tune until they are broken in for a couple hours. That and once your tune your guitar, let it sit and tune it again. You will be surprised how off the initial tuning is. BTW it isn't your tuner when it comes to that. I just bought a Pitchblack and I'll tune, play a couple chords and check to see the tuning and it is a tad off. Usually after that it is good to go.
