I'd toss my cell in the Pacific if I had my way.
No privacy, no "getting away" my flipping cell rings off the hook and I hate it.
I do realize they are very helpful to people that need to check e-mails, send e-mails,
check the web, etc. for work when on the move.
IMO - if I'm not at work, I really dont want to hear about work.
Granted, if I owned my own biz, I'm sure my opinion would differ.

I have my own business and need to check up on things every once in a wile when away from the office.
But only 2 or 3 of my best clients have my cell number. If I'm away from work and get a call on my cell, it's either friends, family or the top of my client list.
The rest of 'em can get me on my land line or leave a voicemail.
