Thanks to you and all. And yes it is very competitive down here. Right now everyone is under cutting each other due to the poor economy and one of the nations toughest hit real estate markets.
One thing I have on my side is that I have been working with insurance adjusters for the past three years and am quite connected with some Realtors as well. I am about to become a preferred vendor for a real estate office that has 750 licensed Realtors under one roof.
No guarantees but it's a nice start. I I am pumped but not delusional this will continue to be a up hill battle but anything worth having is worth fighting for (I hope)
