I don't really follow the market, but it's hard for me to see more than 125k or so tops passing for it without Geils's ownership. I could be wrong, but it's a break and a refin.

Look at the 58 that showed up here a couple of weeks ago: pristine. That's what this would be up against, without the artist connection, for market competition.

In the end, it's worth what someone thinks it's worth.
