People who don't have that kind of money and spend it that way can't even begin to say what it's "worth". It has an extremely limited market. Even some folks who have the money don't care that it's his. Others do.

I was just now thinking about its history of breaks and repairs. Wouldn't that really kill the value of any other guitar?
