Though LP estate guitars are way out of my league, thanks for the photo. But if you actually heard the pickups on this thing, you understand why Les used his Hi-output/lo-impedance pickups on most of his personal customs. The Epiphone knock-off of this model lacks the center block, which made a huge difference in sustain and feedback. The estate auction must have also had the "original" LP Studio.... with a built-in microphone goose-neck mount on the edge of the upper bout. Les' precursor to a head-mounted boom mini-mic. Clunky, but hey, the concept is there - get rid of the microphone stand next to me
