My friend has aquired what's advertised as a 1947 Gibson L4 in his shop. Could even be a 125
It's very similar to the one shown in the picture, but has the orig white button tuners & has a strange, white p90 ish style pickup added. The pickup is a clip on type with round magnets & has a larger suround than a p90, also a large brass plate fitted over the jack socket, which I believe may be reinforcing a split around this area. He's looking for £350 which may or may not be an absolute bargain.
General condition is good apart from details mentioned.
