Well, Artie, considering I bought all my BRW long before I, or any of my suppliers had ever heard of the Lacey Act, it's a real problem. That said, I'll probably continue to use the BRW I have for some domestic custom orders only.
Oh, and to the OP, if you're looking for a top refin only, I'd probably suggest RS, or NTL (a former Gibson Custom Shop guy):
