Ok I have a fair bit of stuff done but my iPhone isn't loading pictures very well at the moment so I'll do it a bit later. I got my package from Stew Mac yererday, gotta say fastest postage to Australia I've ever experienced, and took a look at my Schaller wraparound bridge/tailpiece (yeah I splurged). I can't work out how it stays on the body. I know this seems like a stupid question, I know about the studs and the bushings, but how does the bridge physically stay on? Because there is no way to tighten it around the studs nor screw on, there's nothing I can see that secures it to the body. My current theory is that it stays on by string tension, or that the studs screw down further when the bridge is actually on so that it sticks onto the body...I hope that makes sense. Anyway I'm probably wrong on both accounts, so anyone whose had experience with these types of bridges/tailpieces can you tell me how they stay on? Sorry for my silly question, it is my first build after all and learnt everything from MLP

thanks!
