Talking Making it my own

Hi there guys

Not so long ago I purchased a 2000 MIK Epiphone les paul std. It's a great guitar and I have a few things planned for it at the moment and need a little help.
I know most people will go on about changing the electronics but thats probably going to be the last thing I do so for now I'll stick with the aesthetic upgrades.

First of all I would like to change the tuners from the snotty green classic ones to black grover tuners and I know I will probably have to enlarge the holes on the headstock for these to fit but was wondering what reamer I should get as I'm in the uk. Is there specific ones I need to buy or can I just use any old 10mm reamer to make these holes ?

These are the tuners I was looking at getting Grover 502BC Roto-Grip Locking Rotomatics Tuners/machine heads, 3x3 Black | eBay

I'd also like to get black pickup surroundings but unsure of what will fit and what won't, found these ones on the bay. Think they will fit ?
NEW 2 x Black Curved Mounting Rings, for humbucker pickups, Surround

I'm also on the lookout for switch & control cavity covers and a jack cover but can't seem to find them anywhere.

Any help or info is much appreciated
