1. I'd suggest taking StewMac's router bit specs over to ebay to see if you can get a cheaper bit with the same dimensions for a cheaper price. If its just for a few builds it will be fine, but probably wise to invest in a good bit later on.

4. Use painters tape my friend. Clean, sharp edges.

5. Yeah you can put binding on anything. Come to think of it though i dont think ive ever seen binding on a Junior, so that'd be very cool i think. Not sure how it would look against a sunburst finish though?
