Yes, I have seen a few. I have heard Tom Petty has/had one but have never seen any pics of him with it myself.
There have been a few customs with the Ebony Block on ebay in the last 6-8 months. Unfortunitely every single one had issues and they still wanted crazy money for them regardless of issues.
