That's a late 60's Teisco. Not sure of the model, but you can tell by the truss rod cover. There are many variants with the metal string retainer. And companies like Kawai and Encore had similar TRC's. That's the only thing that didn't seem to vary much from one company to another. Does the bridge have any screws missing? It looks like it had the "Ash tray" cover over it. That's a nice piece. There are a few sites that's all about vintage Japanese guitars like this. You may even find catalog information on it.
