I bought some Dunlops at Guitar Center last weekend, and they were really pushing these Loxx buttons. I mean REALLY pushing them, to the point where I almost walked out without buying anything. The sales guy had a set in his pocket that he pulled out and insisted on demonstrating before he would get the Dunlops off the wall. As he was ringing up the Dunlops, he was saying "you should get the Loxx instead" etc. Irritating, and I got the sense that these were a Guitar Center brand (like acoustic amps, etc.) as a result. They do look interesting, although they wouldn't work for the way that I use straplocks, as there doesn't seem to be an existing strap button to lock into. Good to know it's not another GC house brand.
