Well pups are already without covers (look at the avatar pic). It sounds really fine, specially when the amp is on 2; I just want to upgrade it. Since there is a few or none of craftmen here who could take my demands seriously (like changing the complete wiring or some othe delicate stuff), I decided just to change pups. It is unfortenately the only "harmless" solution for the people here who take care of guitar reparement business. Or even for me who just play it.
As I wrote before there is no chance to take some pups from the store, install them, don't like'em and turn them back. If I want some change, I have to buy it first and return'em only if they're wracked. Shitty situation picking up some knowledge from the Forum but I have faith in you guys.
