Well both made by ESP but if you want to get into particulars.
Eddies have different back and neck woods vs a Nav.
Not made in Japan, not a hand carved tops by master luthiers, different hardware, etc.
Thus why they are much cheaper and possibly a better route to go for most for sure.

Navs are killer but WAY too expensive at their retail rates.
I would not spend $5K on a Gibson nor a Nav
