. They work for US. They should fear we can take it all away from them! But they keep us in fear and at each other's throats instead.
Like that self serving Jerk, Lieberman. He had the gall to call the office he holds, "his seat" when voters were trying to usurp him. He said it with incredulous aloofness. It is not "his seat", it is ours.
He is there at our pleasure. They work for us. But we can all see now, they really don't know that.
Condi, nah. Just another lying water carrier. She goes to Europe, lying through her teeth that we have no secret prisons over there, then a few months later says we do ( But much less bravado, in a much smaller way ). I want our country NOT to be filling its posts with folks who have to lie. Truth and transparency are very important to me in holding ourselves accountable to a reasonably high standard..
If we are to lead, it should be by example. Our leadership today doesw, but I fear the example it gives more than half the time is one of a Machiavellian road.
